Missions

As a member of our team of consultants, reporting to a Partner or Principal, you will participate - as a PMO Consultant - in consulting assignments. You will contribute to the firm's monitoring activity (methodological, technological, functional, sectorial...), capitalisation and communication.
As a PMO Consultant, you will carry out framing and project management assistance missions. You will have the opportunity to get positioned on several projects which can sometimes be carried out simultaneously.

The main tasks of the PMO for a management team or a PMO unit :

  • Create and update programme and project sheets to feed the portfolio,

  • Qualify and prioritise the projects in the portfolio,

  • Facilitating the arbitration and selection of projects with regard to the company's strategy and participating in the project building and program roadmap

  • Monitor and consolidate project portfolios, monitor project progress (costs, deadlines, and quality),

  • You will also be responsible for managing inter-project dependencies, raising alerts and conducting the necessary analysis on the project portfolios.

This position based in Paris is available immediately.

Profile

You have 4 to 8 years experience in a consulting firm or in program management and you wish to move towards program management.

You are thorough and have excellent analytical, thinking and summarizing skills. Your ability to listen, your commitment and your desire to progress will be your main assets for success. You have excellent interpersonal skills, you are ready to travel to tackle international challenges.

Annual salary: 45 to 65 k€ gross + bonus / depending on experience
